We are delighted to welcome Ms. Aparna Peethambaran, who joins the CHARGE project as part of the team at Forschungszentrum Jülich, Institute of Energy Technologies – Fundamental Electrochemistry (IET-1).
Aparna will work as a PhD student on stack design and assembly, as well as stack testing – the core of Jülich’s contribution to CHARGE, where the impurity-tolerant cells developed in the project are integrated into stacks and tested under realistic operating conditions.
She has a background in electrocatalyst development, performance analysis and electrochemical characterisation for PEM fuel cells, and completed her Master’s degree in Advanced Functional Materials at the Technical University of Chemnitz (Germany).
Welcome on board, Aparna!
CHARGE (CETP-2024-00202) is funded through the CETPartnership Joint Call 2024, with support from EUDP (Denmark), NCBR (Poland) and PtJ on behalf of BMWE (Germany).
